Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Orders take 3 to 7 business days to process and ship to main centers, and up to 10 business days in regional areas.

We currently ship to most South African locations And Republic  Democratique of Congo, categorized into Main Centers and Regional Areas.
