“Rossore” by Inah is a premium sparkling grape juice specially made from only the finest natural grapes
Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in the Olifantsrivier, Western Cape region. Grapes were then destalked and crushed. Through Inah’s innovative Flash Dente system, the grapes are momentarily heated and flashed cooled to extract their natural colours and flavours. The juice is then separated from the skins and cooled down. The juice is then clarified by means of filtration.
